Kate Golding
Kate qualified as a general nurse in 1998 and spent the next six years working in Accident and Emergency and prison nursing. In 2000, Kate completed a BSc Psychology and has a MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Southampton. Kate has taught health and social care and psychology and continues to work privately as a training consultant in the area of infant, child, adolescent and adult mental health. Kate was seconded from CAMHS for eight years to various settings including early years, schools and forensics. In addition to this, Kate was one of the leads for the targeted mental health in schools project on the Isle of Wight. Following this, Kate set up and led a service for children with life shortening conditions at Mountbatten hospice. Working as a consultant nurse with a team of educational and clinical psychologists at Kate Golding Health and Wellbeing, Kate sits within the core MDT providing autism and ADHD assessments for adults and children. Kate provides clinical supervision for psychologists, nurses, managers, social workers, teachers and a CEO. Kate is a national trainer for youth and adult mental health and suicide first aid. Kate has trained regularly for Local authority's, ICB's, The Prince’s Trust, MIND, schools, the covid enquiry team, social care, Great Ormond Street hospital, parliament and the Prime Minister's Office. Kate delivered mental health training in Spain, Italy, Latvia and Abu Dhabi, raising her international profile. 2020 brought Covid 19 and Kate was asked to do a piece of work for NHS England, Homeless Link and MHFA England delivering lots of training to a range of professionals and volunteers supporting rough sleepers and the homeless. In 2021, Kate was a keynote speaker at the MIND Jersey annual conference talking about reconnecting with hope during the COVID 19 pandemic. In 2024 and 2025, Kate taught MHFA to the staff at the Prime Minister’s office. Kate has been published in the Nursing Times, Care Management Matters and the Neuro Rehabilitation Times and she sits on the advisory board for Mental Health First Aid England. Kate was one of the main authors for the MHFA England Youth half day aware course, manual and workbook and she has also written content across the portfolio of adult and youth courses. Kate is a senior case manager at Breakthrough Case Management where she supports individuals with acquired brain injury. The last four organisations Kate has worked in/works in have received an outstanding CQC.

Dr Lynsey Woods​​
Clinical Psychologist Specialisation in Trauma and Neurodevelopmental Disorders. In the realm of neurodevelopmental assessments, Lindsey specializes in diagnosing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both children and adults. Alice Golding
Alice is an education consultant, assistant psychologist and a distance learning assessor. She has over 18 years’ experience in education working with both adults and children. Alice also works as a distance learning assessor for a variety of qualifications, including mental health; self-harm and suicide; autism; special educational needs and disability; behaviour that challenges. Alice worked in further education for over 18 years’ and undertook a variety of roles during that time. During her time in education, Alice supported students and colleagues with understanding conditions and implementing strategies for students with conditions such as dyslexia, autism, dyscalculia, attachment disorder, dyspraxia, ADHD. Alice is a qualified teacher and has taught a variety of subjects.

Matilda (Tilly) Barry
I’m Tilly, I have 25 year’s experience working for the NHS, starting my career in mental health, then as a Midwife and Health Visitor. I am currently still practising as a Health Visitor. I am also working with Kate and Alice at Kate Golding Wellbeing in a clinical role undertaking Autism assessments and soon to start ADHD assessments. I qualified as a midwife in 2005, practising clinically up to 2019 when I undertook further training to become dual registered as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) in 2020. I completed an MA in Advanced Practice in 2024. I also undertook further training in Autism Assessment. I have worked as an Infant Feeding Lead which developed my skills in leadership and service improvement. I have specialist skills in child development and assessment of need. Currently, I support many families with neurodivergence, both adults and children. I have gained a lot of experience understanding the lived experiences of Autistic and ADHD people and the services (or lack of) available for them. In my free time I enjoy running, walking my two dogs, spending time with family and listening to music. I enjoy working closely with clients, on their journey navigating the world and gaining true understanding of themselves and / or their children. I am passionate in my belief that all people should be treated with empathy and respect, their strengths celebrated, and challenges validated.

Dr Vicki Russ
Dr Vicki Russ qualified as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Southampton in 2020. She is also a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Supervisor, and a practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Dr Russ has over 13 years’ experience of carrying out neuropsychological, Autism and ADHD assessments within the NHS and in third-sector organisations. Alongside working with Kate Golding Health & Well-Being, Dr Russ works in an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) where she holds a senior clinical psychologist position, mainly specialising in working with children who have experienced trauma. Dr Russ has also published peer-reviewed research in the fields of autism, learning disabilities and mental health.

Tina Meagher
Speech and Language Therapist Tina Meagher is a distinguished Speech and Language Therapist, bringing over two decades of dedicated experience to our multidisciplinary team. A graduate of City University with a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Communication Studies, Tina has honed her expertise working with both adults and children, addressing a variety of communication needs. In her remarkable career, Tina has not only provided therapy but also spearheaded a team of speech and language therapists and occupational therapists at a nationally acclaimed school for young people with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). She specialises in assisting young people with Developmental Language Disorders (DLD) and Autism, areas where her impact has been particularly significant. Tina's commitment to advancing her field is evident through her involvement in research. Her work focusing on interview skills has gained recognition, culminating in a publication in the International Journal of Language and Communication Disorders. Her passion for education extends to her role as an ELKLAN accredited tutor, where she excels in creating tailored training programs catering to diverse needs.

Anele Griessel
Occupational Therapist Anele Griessel is an esteemed Occupational Therapist who brings over 20 years of experience in aiding children and young adults with developmental difficulties. Anele specialises in Sensory Integration and Sensory Attachment Intervention, with a particular focus on conditions such as Autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and cerebral palsy. Anele's journey in occupational therapy is backed by comprehensive training and education. She holds a postgraduate degree in Developmental Disorders and is an Advanced Practitioner in Sensory Integration. Her expertise is further enhanced through her roles as a Provider of Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome, along with her training in SOS Feeding Therapy and Sensory Attachment Intervention. Central to Anele’s approach is her belief in the power of fun, security, and success as key elements in children's learning processes. She emphasises the importance of cultivating strong, therapeutic relationships with her clients and their families, which she views as the cornerstone for developing vital daily living and learning skills. Dr. Hari Sholinghur
Experienced Consultant Psychiatrist and Neuropsychiatrist, recognised with Clinical Excellence Awards within the NHS. He brings a wealth of experience from both NHS and private sectors, offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental health care. Dr Sholinghur specialises in Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including Adult ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He is a Bond Solon-trained expert witness, with a particular focus on Neuropsychiatric Medicolegal Reports related to Brain Injury. His clinical interests include Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), Personality Disorders in females, and complex Neuropsychiatric presentations. He is passionate about advancing care for these conditions through evidence-based practice and personalised treatment. Dr Sholinghur has a strong commitment to Leadership, Research, and Medical Education. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and regularly teaches medical students, trainees, and nurses affiliated with the Universities of Manchester and Liverpool. He has held several senior leadership roles, including: Medical Director at Cygnet Paddocks, Specialist Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Widnes Medical Director of Cheadle Priory Hospital, Manchester Group Medical Director for Equilibrium Healthcare Non-Executive Director of Ambiente Support UK Dr Sholinghur holds postgraduate degrees from Ireland and the USA, and a Master’s in Executive Medical Leadership from Bayes Business School, London. He believes that effective leadership begins with self-awareness and personal growth. His leadership journey has been shaped by continuous learning and positive feedback, culminating in his successful tenure as a Medical Director and further enriched by his participation in the Executive Leadership Programme.
