Adult ADHD Service – What to Expect
Our adult ADHD assessments are thorough and tailored to each individual. The process usually takes 3–5 hours and includes:

Screening & Questionnaires
CAARS-2 and Qb Check completed online before your assessment

Structured Interview
The DIVA-5, recognised as the "gold standard" adult ADHD assessment

Diagnostic Assessment
Carried out by a consultant nurse with NHS expertise

Optional Support
ADHD coaching and/or psychiatric medication review
Comprehensive Report
You'll receive a detailed, NICE-compliant report to share with your GP and can access ongoing support if needed.
Child & Young Person ADHD Service
We provide assessments for children aged 6 and above, lasting 3–3.5 hours. The process includes:

Screeners: Conners 4 & Qb Check
Parent, teacher, and self-reports (where age-appropriate)

Structured Interview
The Young DIVA, based on DSM-5 criteria for comprehensive assessment

Diagnostic Assessment
With a consultant nurse who will give feedback and recommendations

Optional Support
ADHD coaching sessions and NHS medication review through your GP
Age Requirements & Support
Parents receive a comprehensive report to share with school, GP, or other professionals, with clear recommendations for ongoing support. We assess children aged 6 and above.
